Look at the mail headers of any mail from this list.

List-Unsubscribe: <http://lists.pfsense.org/mailman/options/list>,
 <mailto:list-request at lists.pfsense.org?subject=unsubscribe>

In other words, send an empty mail to list-request at lists.pfsense.org
with the subject "unsubscribe" (remove quotes).
