[pfSense] Updating to 2.0RC3 from 1.2.3-STABLE

i m installed pfsense 2.0 and its working fine in my network last 2 years
.
but before 2-3 i have lots of problem with pfsense.
i had created 5 -6 ip groups for full access and limited access and using
squid, squid guard and light squid but content filtering is not working
i could not understand what is this problem
i m again format the server and configure it again but still i m there.
what is problem...
any body suggest
