[pfSense] Squid broken in latest build

Another guy reported the same problem in the portuguese mailing list.
He had selected the loopback interface in the GUI to configure Squid
with failover. The Squid package code has changed in the latest
version, now it listens on 127.0.0.1:3128 when configured in
transparent mode, deselecting the loopback in proxy interface solved
the problem.
