[pfSense] Add Lan public Ips?

Hi,

I am using Pfsense 1.2.3.I have 5 lan public ip. I want to use the
public Ip's in Pfsense1.2.3.  For example this is one of my Lan public
ip 182.56.222.98. Inside the lan Network it will be 192.168.3.56 outside
of the Network same Public ip(182.56.222.98).how to add the public ips
in pfsense 1.2.3.

Create Carp addresses for the WAN IPs

Use 1:1 NAT to the local addressen
