Just did an experiment on a vmware install.  It seems all other
settings were wiped out... so I will just download the configs on the
new system and merge the user list by hand and re-upload it. That
should fix it up.... now as for the ipsec vpn configs... this should
be fun to merge :(  Maybe I'll just re-create by hand.
